Terms and Conditions

By booking or using any services provided by Calma Quick Spa Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Services Provided

Calma Quick Spa Ltd. offers:

Infrared sauna sessions

Massage machine sessions

 

Our services are only available to individuals aged 18 or over.

 

2. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments can be booked via:

Phone

Email

Walk-in

 

Cancellation Policy:

12+ hours’ notice: Full refund

Less than 12 hours’ notice: £5 shop credit (not refundable and has no cash value)

No notice given: No refund

 

Late Arrivals:

Up to 10 minutes late: Appointment proceeds as normal

More than 10 minutes late: Appointment is treated as a no-show with no refund

 

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed with 12+ hours’ notice

Rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice is at our discretion and depends on staff availability

3. Payment and Refunds

Accepted Payment Methods: Card payments and online payment links

Payment Timing: Payment is required before the service begins

 

Refund Conditions:

Refunds or shop credit are issued only under the cancellation terms outlined above or in the case of service failure (see below).

4. Service Guarantee

We guarantee that:

All equipment is cleaned before each session

Equipment is in proper working order

The sauna will reach a minimum temperature of 55°C during your session

 

If any of these conditions are not met, we may offer a free repeat session or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

5. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

Clients must:

Not consume alcohol before using the sauna

Not bring electronics into the sauna

Not damage the equipment beyond normal use

Notify staff if feeling unwell, dizzy, or light-headed

Avoid touching the black heating panels inside the sauna

Treat staff and other clients with respect

 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if clients are:

Intoxicated

Disruptive or abusive

Failing to follow health and safety guidelines

6. Health Declarations and Waiver

Clients must complete a waiver and health declaration before using our services. This confirms you do not have any conditions that would make our services unsafe.

If you’re unsure whether it’s safe to use our services due to a medical condition, consult your doctor before booking.

 

7. Personal Belongings

We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items on the premises. Bring valuables at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are liable for injuries or harm caused by our negligence

We are not liable if injuries result from failure to follow rules or instructions

Dissatisfaction without a service failure does not entitle clients to a refund

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
