OUR SAUNAS
The electric saunas you'll use are just as effective as traditional saunas but they operate at much safer temperatures, reducing the risk of overheating and preventing skin damage
They've been used in Japan and America for decades and those countries have conducted many studies that reveal their numerous health benefits
The saunas operate at 65 degrees which is warmer than any beach you could travel to in the world
They're imported from Canada; they were the highest quality saunas we could find

We chose single person saunas because they'll provide you with a warmer experience

Each sauna sits inside its own private cubicle with a lock, a stool and coat hooks
​​
This means that you will sauna privately in peace, so you won't have to bring any swimming costumes or worry about sharing the space with anyone else

The saunas are cleaned out after each use and the towels replaced to give you a fresh and clean experience every time

OUR MASSAGE MACHINE
Our massage machine lays you out flat and cradles you, giving you a sense of weightlessness
It uses inflatable air bags to squeeze you while the silicone rollers release the tension in your muscles at the same time

The machine squeezes and rolls out everything from your neck to your toes
​
It works best when used after the saunas
​
Because it massages your whole body at once, you'll get the same amount of relaxation as you would in a traditional massage in a quarter of the time
