Please consult your doctor before using the sauna if you have any medical conditions, including but not limited to; heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory conditions, open wounds, skin conditions, or if you are pregnant.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, and your appointment time is reserved just for you

To allow us to best serve all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session

• Cancellations with 12+ hours' notice: Your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge
   

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows: The full service fee will be charged to cover the cost of the reserved time. However, as a token of our appreciation for your understanding, a £5 store credit will be issued to you, redeemable on your next service. This credit is non-refundable and holds no cash value
